Booking Process

Book your Date

Availability is limited and our production schedule fills up fast! We recommend booking your date as soon as your wedding date has been locked in.

Reserve your spot by placing your non-refundable deposit. When you make your deposit, you will be given a coupon code to apply to your full booking. After completing your reservation, you will receive an email from us with a Preservation Agreement to be signed and returned- your date is not fully booked until we receive this!

Please note: the date you reserve is the date that your flowers will arrive to our studio- not the date of your event. The sooner your blooms arrive to us, the sooner we can preserve them and the better they will look in your finished piece!

Find a Flower Buddy

The night of your wedding should be filled with dancing and fun with the people you love! Plan ahead and ask someone you trust to protect and transport the flowers you want preserved to us as soon as possible. Preferably the following day!

Preservation Process

Drying

We use professional drying technology that takes up to 8-12 weeks to fully dry your blooms as close to their true colors and shape and for us to come to your blooms in our rotation.

The condition your flowers are in will greatly affect the look of your finished pieces. It pays off to protect them during your event and during the transportation process!

Designing

We will send you two design options per BloomBlock for you to approve once your blooms are dry. This will be via email so stay tuned! We will stay in this process until you are happy with the design.

If you prefer to be surprised by the final product, we can accommodate that as well. We love what we do and take pride in each design we create!

Please note that we do not share design proofs for add-on items/bonus blocks. This includes coasters, ornaments, letters, wine stoppers, ringholders, etc.

Pouring and Finishing

Resin preservation is a slow, tedious process when done correctly. After pieces are finished pouring (one 1/4" layer in a maximum of every 24 hours) - they require sanding, top-coating, polishing, and buffing at the very minimum. We make sure we are happy with every piece before we are ready to send you your finished keepsakes. We don't rush perfection around here, but rest assured we are working hard to get your pieces done in as little time as possible.

All timelines are approximate. We do this out of our home and in addition to our full time jobs so sometimes timelines get stretched because well… life happens. Thanks for understanding.
